Supplier Warranty Proceedures

Blundstone:

Blundstone takes great care in the manufacture of their products. If you believe the footwear you have purchased from one of our stores contains a manufacturing fault, and wish to make a claim under this warranty, you must return the footwear to the place of purchase for assessment. You must also have your original receipt and make this claim within six months from the date of purchase.

If, following such assessment, we determine that the footwear contains a manufacturing fault that renders it unsuitable for the purpose for which it was originally purchased, we will replace or repair them at our expense.

This warranty is void if you have used the footwear in a way that has caused damage to them beyond normal wear and tear. This includes, without limitation, the exposure of the product to caustic materials that may cause the footwear (or parts thereof) to break down.

Redback:

If you believe the footwear you have purchased from one of our approved resellers contains a manufacturing fault and wish to make a claim under this warranty, you must return the footwear to the place of purchase for assessment together with your original purchase receipt within 6 months from the date of purchase.


Caribee:

All Caribee products are guaranteed to be free of "manufacturing faults" in both workmanship and materials for the following time periods, from the date of purchase. 

  • 3 Years = Backpacks and Luggage 
  • 12 months = Tents, Furniture & Beach, Sleeping Bags & Mats, Coolers, Travel Accessories and Hydration Reservoirs

This warranty does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care or damage by a common carrier (ie: airlines) or third parties to our products. The Caribee warranty is not an International warranty and is only valid in the original country of purchase to the original purchaser. Our warranty is not transferable.

If damage has occurred to your bag whist travelling with an airline - ALWAYS REPORT DAMAGE TO THE AIRLINE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE AIRPORT as this is covered by the airline and is NOT a manufacturing fault.

LedLenser:

Warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase and 7 years if you register your product online through the warranty card that comes in the packaging. The warranty is valid worldwide and legal warranty rights also apply. It covers defects in materials and workmanship. For the proper functioning of rechargeable batteries, a different warranty period of 2 years is applied.  

* Excluded from these warranty periods are the K-Series products which come with a 2 year warranty period. The Lite Wallet Products will come with No Warranty. 
The warranty does not apply to defects in batteries, holsters, pouches, remote switches, colour filters, imprints or surface coatings, or consequential loss/damage resulting from the aforementioned.

Leatherman:

Leatherman take extraordinary measures to make sure your Leatherman product will give you many years of dependable service. If it doesn't, or the product has a defect in material or workmanship, don’t worry! Leatherman will gladly repair or replace it, at their discretion, with one of equal or greater value under the 25-year guarantee for knives and tools and a 10-year guarantee for Leatherman branded lights.

Victorinox:

Victorinox guarantees any stainless steel product that it sells to be free from defect in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following the care instructions. This excludes damage caused by misuse or accident. The warranty extends only to the product’s original purchaser. Chips in the knife blades, broken knife tips, discolouration from food and rust spots are not covered. Knife chips and broken knife tips can often be repaired by re-sharpening.

The following are excluded from the warranty:

  • Damage caused from misuse, improper use or accident
  • Misuse cutting hard substances such as frozen foods, bones, hard nuts, hard cheese etc
  • Improper use using item as a screwdriver, can or bottle opener, etc
  • Accident dropping knife on the floor or hitting against other hard surfaces
  • Rust and discolouration stemming from inadequate after care

Hard Yakka takes extreme care in ensuring their goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of their products we would like to help you resolve the problem. You must return the product to the place of purchase for assessment, together with your original purchase receipt within 30 days of purchase.
