Orders over $69 will recieve free shipping if they are within the selected zones outlined below. Free shipping excludes any orders containing Fridges, Ice Boxes, Gift Cards, Tunnel tents or oversized and bulky items (Total cart weight over 25 Kilograms).

Deliveries will occur Monday to Friday, in some extreme circumstances on weekends however not on public holidays. During the checkout process you have the ability to state if you would like the goods to be signed for, sent back to nearest post office or authorised to leave in a certain specified location. Please note: if you select authorised to leave we are not liable for any lost goods; In addition we are not responsible for loss or incorrect deliveries if the original input of the address was incorrect by the customer.
It is always best to have your parcel delivered to an address where you are sure that someone will be available to receive it during business hours. If you are having your parcel sent to a work address, remember to include your company’s name (and the department or level where you work).
If you require a faster delivery service than these options, then please contact us and we can assist with making arrangement for shipping via your preferred carrier. Any additional costs incurred because you choose a non-standard delivery method will be added to the cost of your order.
Advance notification of delivery day, date or time by phone or email is not possible. Since we use third party delivery, we are unable to provide this service, which is why we stress it is important to have a person at the premises to verify the goods have arrived.
Some of our goods are not permitted to be delivered because of health and safety reasons. Other times, such as knives, require the person to present themselves for identification. Some items are just too big and awkward or too valuable to be shipped safely. Most of these items are marked in the online store as “in store only”, so if you require such an item, please check the store locator on our website for your nearest store location.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery method you choose. We use freight aggregation controlled by ‘TIG ‘ which will choose the best freighting option to suit your shipping needs. The shipping cost will be displayed when you use the “checkout” procedure when ordering.
Your purchase is calculated based on the weight and/or size of your purchase.
Weight is calculated by ‘TIG’ using two factors: how heavy the package is (gross weight) and how large it is (volumetric weight). The charge is based on whichever is the larger of the two. Gross weight is the weight of the item plus packaging. The cubic weight is the parcel's volume in cubic metres, multiplied by 250. For example, a parcel that is 50cm x 30cm x 25cm may have a gross weight of 4kg, but its volumetric weight is 9.375kg (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.25 x 250). As 9.375kg is the higher of the two, that will be the value used to calculate the delivery cost.
We will not ship any goods that we deem to be dangerous to any country outside of Australia.
