Due to internal promotions, Australia's leading camping and outdoor adventure retailer is seeking Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers.
Leading & coaching your sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, training and stock/store management. Assistant Managers will be rapidly developed, ready to run their own store.
Store Managers are given a high level of autonomy to shape, drive and merchandise their stores to achieve continued sales growth.
Successful applicants will preferably have Retail Management or 2IC experience, a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills and the proven ability to achieve sales targets. Above all they will be true retailers with a passion for this industry!
