SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed in the “checkout” procedure. You will first need to set up an account to access the “checkout” procedure. Deliveries within Australia are sent by Australia Post Parcel Post, whereas deliveries to all other countries are sent by Airmail.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Australian deliveries: The estimated delivery times in the “checkout” procedure are Australia Post estimates for the actual delivery time only. Please allow an additional two days (approximately) for your payment to be processed and your order dispatched. As all orders are custom printed, please allow two to three weeks for delivery of your order.
Non-Australian (overseas) deliveries: Most orders will be received approximately three to four weeks from when they are placed. However this does vary considerably - and largely depends on where in the world we are shipping to (and the postal system of that country). Please allow up to four weeks for delivery before querying us on the possibly of your order having been lost in transit.
Export Restrictions: We will not ship any goods that we deem to be dangerous to any country outside of Australia.
If you require a faster delivery than these standard options, then please contact us and we can assist with making arrangements for shipping via your preferred carrier.
RETURNS POLICY
Aussie Disposals stands behind the quality of our publications and the services we provide. If you are not happy with your order for any reason then do not hesitate to contact us so that we can endeavour to correct the situation.
If goods are received damaged (damaged in transit or otherwise) then we will provide replacement goods at our discretion provided you contact us about the problem within 7 days of receipt of goods. Damaged or faulty goods may need to be returned to us, however please contact us first so that we can determine the best remedy.
